Q : How am I billed for my subscription?

A: When you setup your account, you will be able to add a credit card to your file. This card will then be automatically billed with your monthly membership fee.

Q : How am I billed for my subscription?

A: You are billed on a monthly basis.

Q : Can I make changes to my account?

A: Yes, you can login to your account to make changes. Please feel free to contact one of our customer service agents to have them make changes to your account. Our agents are available to assist you round the clock, 7 days a week.

Q : What if my billing information has changed?

A: Sometimes you may wish to use a different credit card, or perhaps your card has a new number and expiration date. You can update new billing info by login to your account. If you need any help, our help desk team is always happy to help you. By doing this you will ensure that your service isn’t interrupted or cancelled.

Q : Are there different types of memberships/subscriptions?

A: We have a Premium and Standard plan to choose from. Our membership prices start as low as for the standard plan. To know more about our subscription plan you can subscribe to our services or call one of our agent to get more information.

Q : Are there any hidden fees?

A: No there are no hidden fees. The monthly membership fee is clearly outlined. Please contact our support team, if you are not sure about any charges.

Q : I can’t remember my password

A: Click on “ FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD? link to reset your password or give us a call and we will walk you through the steps so that you can reset your password.

Technical Support

Q : Do I have to download special software to view/play the content?

A: For mobile use, the answer is No. Users can enjoy games, movies, books, and music as it plays directly in the browser – with no player required.

For desktop/laptop use, the answer depends on the type of media.

  1. If you plan to read or listen to content on your desktop, no special player or software is required.
  2. To watch movies, you’ll need to have a standard Flash player installed.
  3. To play games, downloading our special game player is required.

Q : Is there any risk in installing the game player?

A: No there is no risk. The player will run in the background so they won’t interfere with any other programs and/or apps on your device.

Q : How much space does the game player take up on my desktop?

A: The Mac game player takes up 63MB, and the PC game player uses 958 KB.

Q : How long does it take to download and install the game player?

A: This all depends on your desktop. Generally it takes no more 2 minutes to download and install, however, this is dependent on the Internet connection, the age of the computer, and the space available on the computer.

Q : I have tried to install the game player and I keep getting an error message.

A: For most people the cause of an error message is anti-virus, firewall, or other type of software running on their machine that is preventing the download.

Q : How many devices am I allowed to view/play content on?

A: You can view and play content on an unlimited number of devices with the same IP number. Just keep in mind if you wish to play games on multiple desktops/laptops, you will need to download the player to each machine.
